The majority of the structural steel in the Madrid building was encased in concrete. The parts at upper levels which were not encased in concrete did, in fact, collapse from fire... "Yet within two hours of being stuck, both buildings collapsed. No steel frame was left. No stacks of concrete floors remained. The buildings were reduced to dust and a few cut beams." Absolutely false. The collapsed floors were layers that the recovery teams had to cut through... ...And beams were cut during the rescue/recovery operations.
