AE911 Truth

Wednesday, 28 September 2011

The past few years have seen profound advancements for the 9/11 Truth Movement generally and for us here at AE911Truth. We grow stronger with breakthroughs like the discovery of nanothermite in the WTC dust, the appearance of the Remember Building 7 campaign on Geraldo At Large , and the surprising success of our new 15 minute WTC 7 Documentary with Ed Asner, which has been viewed more than 500,000 times in just over a month. Even defenders of the official story, such as “Among the Truthers” author Jonathan Kay, have admitted that the calls for a new investigation are growing. Of course, informed psychological professionals such as those at American Behavioral Scientist disagree with Kay’s analysis of why the calls are growing.

We have now stepped across the 10th anniversary, and the increased public attention on 9/11/11 presented an unparalleled opportunity for us to break through to a tipping point, beyond which our efforts will hopefully become easier. Deep, positive changes could begin to reshape our world as a result of a real 9/11 investigation that accounts for the abundant physical and forensic evidence. We may not have reached that tipping point with this opportunity, but we do know that it will come, as sure as the dawn, and we will continue to do all we can to bring it about. Truth has no expiration date.

We have redoubled our efforts at this critical time and we are encouraging everyone to get involved and do what you can in your local area. We hope that you have promoted the events listed below through social media and have attended them wherever possible.

Regional premieres of “9/11: Explosive Evidence – Experts Speaks Out” were presented all across the country and around the world over the last two weeks. Visit AE911Truth.org/ESO for information about screenings in your local area.

Terrorist organisation’s magazine reportedly says it is ‘ridiculous’ for Iran’s president to blame the attacks on the US government

Al-Qaida has sent a message to the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, asking him to stop spreading conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks.

Iranian media on Wednesday reported quotes from what appears to be an article published in the latest issue of the al-Qaida English language magazine, Inspire, which described Ahmadinejad’s remarks over the 11 September attacks as “ridiculous”.

In his UN general assembly speech last week, Ahmadinejad cast doubt over the official version of the 2001 attacks.

“The Iranian government has professed on the tongue of its president Ahmadinejad that it does not believe that al-Qaida was behind 9/11 but rather, the US government,” the article said, according to Iranian media. “So we may ask the question: why would Iran ascribe to such a ridiculous belief that stands in the face of all logic and evidence?”

Ahmadinejad said in New York that the “mysterious September 11 incident” had been used as a pretext to attack Afghanistan and Iraq. He had also previously expressed scepticism at the US version of events.

“By using their imperialistic media network which is under the influence of colonialism, they threaten anyone who questions the Holocaust and the September 11 event with sanctions and military actions,” said Ahmadinejad.

The al-Qaida article insisted it had been behind the attacks and criticised the Iranian president for discrediting the terrorist group.

“For them, al-Qaida was a competitor for the hearts and minds of the disenfranchised Muslims around the world,” said the article published in the Inspire magazine. “Al-Qaida … succeeded in what Iran couldn’t. Therefore it was necessary for the Iranians to discredit 9/11 and what better way to do so? Conspiracy theories.”

Al-Qaida also accused Iran of hypocrisy over its “anti-Americanism”.

Site Administrator comment: Some of the more absurd aspects of this story are that Al-Qaida, which British intelligence agents have admitted doesn’t exist, has its own magazine. What’s next – a line of clothing, al-Qaida aps for cell phones, a line of weapons for the urban terrorist? The bizarro world of the ‘war on terror’ takes a turn towards the absurd.

Hijackers

Original Investigation:
By Russ Baker on Sep 22, 2011

WhoWhatWhy has found evidence linking the Saudi royal family to Saudis in South Florida who reportedly had direct contact with the 9/11 hijackers before fleeing the United States just prior to the attacks. Our report connects some of the dots first laid out by investigative author Anthony Summers and Florida-based journalist Dan Christensen in articles jointly published in the Miami Herald and on the nonprofit news site BrowardBulldog.org.

In early September of this year, Summers and Christensen reported that a secret FBI probe, never shared with Congressional investigators or the presidential 9/11 commission, had uncovered information indicating the possibility of support for the hijackers from previously unknown confederates in the United States during 2001.

Now WhoWhatWhy reveals that those alleged confederates were closely tied to influential members of the Saudi ruling elite.

As reported in the Herald, phone records documented communication, dating back more than a year, that connected a Saudi family then living in a house near Sarasota, Florida, with the alleged plot leader, Mohammed Atta, and his hijack pilots—as well as to eleven of the other hijackers. In addition, records from the guard house at the gated community tied Atta’s vehicle and his accomplice Ziad Jarrah to actual visits to the house. Although requiring further investigation, this information suggests that the house may have functioned as an operational base for the hijackers.

According to interviews and records examined by The Herald, Anoud and Abdulazzi al-Hiijjii and their young twins abruptly departed their home in Sarasota only days before September 11, 2001 and traveled to Arlington, Virginia, where they stayed briefly at another house owned by Anoud’s father, Esam Ghazzawi.

Then, still well before 9/11, the entire group, now including the father, flew to London and on to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sarasota house was sold in 2003, as was a penthouse apartment in another DC, suburb, Rosslyn, Virginia. The Ghazzawis do not seem to have set foot again in the United States.

I have uploaded to YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvw0_i1rGns) an analysis of the acceleration of a projectile that races ahead of the surrounding falling debris. I had discussed this object before but due to the difficulty caused by a moving camera I had not previously measured the motion directly.

The object (apparently a perimeter wall unit) raced ahead of its neighboring debris, but its acceleration was about 1/3 of gravity. This is an indication that it was kicked downward initially by an explosion, after which the air resistance partially canceled the effect of gravity as it approached terminal velocity. As it fell, however, there was an outburst of white smoke, at which point the projectile changed directions, slightly, and accelerated downward for about a half second at 1.5 times gravity. It then fell back to continued acceleration a little under 1 g.

The acceleration of the projectile is unambiguous proof that very energetic material was applied to the wall unit. What I found particularly surprising is that the ignition of the material in an unconfined space where it was free to expand three dimensionally would provide sufficient thrust due to expanding gasses alone to cause what was probably a 4-ton wall unit to accelerate 50% faster than gravity. The fact that the unit continued to accelerate close to freefall thereafter is an indication of an ongoing thrust capable of largely canceling the effect of air resistance.

Obama Defends Delusions

by Nebojsa Malic,

The speech Barack Hussein Obama gave before the UN General Assembly aimed to assure the world that the Atlantic Empire was still the world’s hegemon, strong as ever, and committed to persevere in the historical mission of ridding the world of things that weren’t nice. While meant to sound inspirational and even triumphant at times, it came off more as an attempt at self-reassurance, a plea to the world to ignore the observable reality and continue to accept the myth of Imperial omnipotence.

Meaningless Peace
Almost at the start, Obama began making excuses. He inherited the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, he said, but is about to end them “from a position of strength.” Those who have to say they are strong usually are not. And though he claimed both countries will soon enjoy a “normal relationship” with the U.S. as “sovereign nations,” Obama promised an “equal partnership” with Iraq and “enduring partnership” with the Afghan people – meaning that in practice, they won’t be rid of U.S. garrisons, drones, spies and bribes just yet, and maybe not ever.

So, in Empire-speak, “sovereignty” is entirely meaningless, and “partnership” means taking orders without question. File that for future reference.

The False Spring
The “tide of war is receding,” Obama proclaimed. Al-Qaeda had been “degraded” and Osama bin Laden is dead. Freedom is erupting all over the world, with the “help” of Empire and its allies. In Obama’s narrative, everything is part of the inevitable historical march of “equality”, from the civil wars in Ivory Coast and Libya to the “revolutions” in Tunisia and Egypt.

Never mind that the situation in Ivory Coast was not quite as simple, or that the popular revolts in north Africa all seem to have been at least partly driven by Imperial agents. Never mind that the UN authorized a no-fly zone in Libya, not a six-month bombing campaign and “regime change”. Forget about the Shariah Democrats or whatever the Al-Qaeda in Libya calls itself now, having been installed in power by NATO. When facts come up against the narrative, the facts lose.

Notice also the different standards for different places. The Empire wants governments in Syria and Yemen gone, so they are told to surrender to the protesters – or else. Yet in Bahrain, a major US naval base, the Empire prefers “a meaningful dialogue that brings peaceful change that is responsive to the people” and believes ” the patriotism that binds Bahrainis together must be more powerful than the sectarian forces that would tear them apart.”

It’s Always 1938 in Washington
When all one has is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Having chosen to cast itself as the preventer and punisher of genocide anywhere it may happen, the Empire proceeded to find genocides everywhere. Somewhere in the world, there is always a Hitler that needs stopping. Anything else would be appeasement, no?

More perceive liberal bias than conservative bias
by Lymari Morales

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The majority of Americans still do not have confidence in the mass media to report the news fully, accurately, and fairly. The 44% of Americans who have a great deal or fair amount of trust and the 55% who have little or no trust remain among the most negative views Gallup has measured.

The majority of Americans (60%) also continue to perceive bias, with 47% saying the media are too liberal and 13% saying they are too conservative, on par with what Gallup found last year. The percentage of Americans who say the media are “just about right” edged up to 36% this year but remains in the range Gallup has found historically.

(CBS/AP) Making reference to what he called the “mysterious September 11th incident” and the “slave masters and colonial powers” of the West, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad excoriated Western member nations in an address to the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Ahmadinejad said after the speech that as an engineer he’s sure the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center in New York were not brought down by jetliners.

Ahmadinejad, in an interview with The Associated Press, says it would have been impossible for two jetliners to bring down the towers simply by hitting them. He says some kind of planned explosion must have taken place.

Ahmadinejad stopped short of saying the United States staged the disaster 10 years ago. But he says there are questions the world should resolve, and noted there are doubters in the United States as well.

The Iranian leader’s appearance before the U.N. on Thursday was met with protests by groups infuriated with his past comments calling Israel a “tumor” that should be wiped off the map and suggesting that the Holocaust did not occur.

Ahmadinejad attacked the United States for its history of slavery, causing two world wars, using a nuclear bomb against “defenseless people,” and imposing and supporting military dictatorships and totalitarian regimes on Asian, African and Latin American nations.

He said that the U.S. used the 9/11 attacks as a pretext for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and that the wars were in fact motivated by imperialism and a thirst for oil.

“By using their imperialistic media network which is under the influence of colonialism they threaten anyone who questions the Holocaust and the September 11 event with sanctions and military actions,” Ahmadinejad said in his General Assembly speech.
