9/11 – A Cheap Magic Trick

Under a new agreement, the bankruptcy of American Airlines’ parent company won’t completely halt pending litigation from the World Trade Center’s developer over claims the carrier failed to prevent the hijacking of Flight 11 during the Sept. 11th terrorist attack.

In a long-running legal battle, World Trade Center developer Larry Silverstein has accused AMR Corp. and its American Airlines subsidiary of failure to put into place safeguards — such as securing the cockpit — to prevent terrorists from seizing control of its airplane. Flight 11 crashed into the site’s North Tower with 81 passengers and 11 crew members on board.

AMR’s Chapter 11 filing last November automatically put a stop to all pending litigation against the company, including the World Trade Center suit. But under the deal AMR filed in bankruptcy court Thursday, plaintiffs may continue pursuing injury and damage claims “solely to the extent of available and collectible [insurance] coverage.”

Court papers show the agreement, which isn’t subject to court approval, precludes plaintiffs from trying to recover for “intentional conduct or punitive damages.”

Physical Evidence for the Controlled Demolition of WTC7 includes:

The rapid onset of “collapse;”
The symmetrical, straight–down nature of the “collapse;”
The time taken by the collapse, approximately 6.5 seconds, with 2.25 seconds of actual free fall (about 105 feet) (David Chandler found 2.5 seconds);
The neat, tidy debris pile, a few stories high;
The molten metal and high temperatures observed for weeks afterwards in the debris pile;
Nano-thermite and iron–rich microspherules found in the dust;
Evidence of corroded steel with sulfur found by FEMA. Sulfur is a component of a thermate reaction that can be used in controlled demolitions.
Eye–witness Evidence for the Controlled Demolition of WTC7 includes:

The testimony of Barry Jennings, who was trapped in the building with Michael Hess by an explosion before either tower fell.
Video–taped statements of firemen and policemen before 5:20 pm on 9/11/01 showing pre–knowledge of the “collapse.”
Video–taped statement of a witness who overheard a “count–down” for WTC7.
Videos showing the actual collapse of WTC7, with various evidences of controlled demolition such as a kink in the roof, possible exploding charges at upper stories, and so on.
Audible explosions heard by eye–witnesses just before and during the collapse of WTC7.
Anecdotal Evidence for the Controlled Demolition of WTC7:

When Barry Jennings and Michael Hess arrived at the Office of Emergency Management (OEM), Floor 23, in WTC7 around 9 am, they found it empty. Jennings made a phone call and was told he must “get out of there.”
The BBC and CNN early announcements of the complete collapse of WTC7 have never been satisfactorily explained.
Circumstantial Evidence for the Controlled Demolition of WTC7 includes:

Removal and destruction of WTC7 steel before examination. Real examination of the steel was denied to all.
Omission from the 9/11 Commission Report of any mention of WTC7. The complete collapse of a 47–story building is not trivial.
NIST’s failure to seriously consider other causes besides fire for the building collapses strongly suggests government interference in a scientific process, and points to a selective and thereby fraudulent investigation. The standards for fire investigations call for tests for explosives. No such tests were made.
Summary:

NIST postulated the least likely explanation for the destruction of WTC7, and ignored all other physical and other evidence.

NIST’s assumptions or inputs used in its computer modeling are open to severe criticism. Also, the details of the modeling program are not available for independent review.

NIST’s theory and approach lack scientific credibility.

In a ferocious legal battle pitting government lawyers against victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, the Justice Department is fighting to block thousands of individuals and businesses from taking $6.6 million in frozen al-Qaeda assets seized from an alleged terrorism financier.

Frozen by the U.S. Treasury Department in 2007, the money is sought by the attorneys for 6,000 individual victims and insurers who suffered billions in losses from the attacks on the World Trade Center.

The money, in a Chicago brokerage account controlled by senior al-Qaeda operative Abu al-Tayyeb until his arrest in Saudi Arabia in 2006, drew little public notice until lawyers for 9/11 victims moved in June to collect on a 2007 default judgment.

Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth

We first frame the issue by noting that the answer to this question does not negate the evidence that the Towers were destroyed through controlled demolition. The massive amount of evidence gathered by AE911Truth and countless others demonstrates that the combined effects of the impacts and the ensuing fires do not account for the complete and explosive destruction of the WTC skyscrapers.

The explosive destruction of the Twin Towers actually began at floors with minimal damage from the planes. In regards to the North Tower, the collapse initiated at the 98th floor, which in fact had minimal structural damage. Only the tip of the right wing cut through that floor.

According to the NIST report (NCSTAR 1, pg. 87), the collapse of the North Tower began at this floor. Though the NIST report never specifically states that the 98th floor was the least damaged, the information provided in their report clearly demonstrates this as the case. The 98th floor had only five perimeter columns severed, and the table provided in NCSTAR 1-2, pg. 205 indicates that NIST does not list floor 98 as having any of its core columns severed.

What began in Iowa on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 and will continue to June 26 is an American tradition that AE911Truth needs you to participate in. Americans will be heading to their caucuses and primaries to select their preferred Presidential candidate. There are currently many Republican candidates traversing states and making local appearances in small venues. This gives you, the supporters of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, a unique accessible opportunity to interact with the candidates and to make a simple statement or ask a simple question to educate and pin them down on the issue of a new investigation and have them state their stance – publicly, and ideally in front of the media. You can find the candidate’s web-sites to see where they will be meeting voters near you.

Because it is important to engage the candidate and the other people in attendance with as much finesse as possible, we suggest:

This statement is fairly concise yet includes the important detail that we are not alone in our call for a real investigation. By not asking a specific question, and thereby not eliciting a response, it may very well have more impact during the awkward moment following with the audience, media, and the candidate himself.

Many 9/11 victims family members have called for a real investigation into the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers and high-rise Building 7. Even Bob Graham, Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, has called for further investigation into the 9/11 attacks. Several of the 9/11 Commissioners cast doubts on their own report, complaining of a lack of cooperation by the Bush Administration and outright lies from top military officers. One Commissioner resigned in protest, refusing to be part of another government whitewash, which he later termed a “national scandal.”

Numerous 9/11 family members support the 1,600 Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth who are demanding a new investigation into the explosive destruction of the three high-rises.

Detailed investigation reveals unexpected connections among people who played critical roles related to the attacks of September 11, 2001. Earlier articles have covered some of those connections with respect to the World Trade Center (WTC) and the official reports which were produced to explain the WTC events.[1] This article will begin to detail a wider set of connections that encompasses more aspects of 9/11. Readers may find that, with respect to the 9/11 attacks and those who were responsible for protecting us from terrorism, it is a small world after all.

Barry McDaniel came to the WTC security company Stratesec, in 1998, to become its Chief Operating Officer. In the years before 9/11, Stratesec had contracts to provide security services not only for the WTC, but also for United Airlines, which owned two of the planes hijacked on 9/11, and Dulles Airport, where American Airlines Flight 77 took off that day.

At the WTC, McDaniel was in charge of the security operation in terms of what he called a “completion contract,” to provide services “up to the day the buildings fell down.”[2] McDaniel came to Stratesec directly from BDM International, where he had been Vice President for nine years. BDM was a major subsidiary of The Carlyle Group for most of that time. When Barry McDaniel started at BDM, the company began getting a large amount of government business “in an area the Navy called Black Projects,” or budgets that were kept secret.[3]

The company that McDaniel now leads is called Lancaster Systems & Solutions (LS2). As CEO at LS2, McDaniel has a board of directors which is led by Bruce Bradley.[4] This is an astounding connection due to the fact that Bradley is the founder of Bradley Woods, where Dick Cheney got his start. Cheney worked for Bradley Woods as Vice President during intermittent periods between the times he and Donald Rumsfeld were working for Nixon and running the Ford White House.

It seems an incredible coincidence that the “number two” man for Barry McDaniel today was formerly the closest of colleague of Dick Cheney forty years ago. Of course, people who have studied the attacks in detail no longer believe in coincidences related to 9/11.

It is also odd that LS2 is a company that is so focused on the “response” to 9/11. In fact, few companies are more focused on the 9/11 aftermath than LS2, whose mission is to “deliver a diversified suite of responsive defense solutions to government organizations and multinational corporations who provide military, law enforcement, security, peacekeeping, and emergency response operations across the globe.”[5] The company’s subsidiary, Global Service and Trade, provides equipment for police state operations around the world.

Between the years that he worked with Cheney and McDaniel, Bradley was a director for UBS (mentioned in the review of WTC connections) and Legg Mason, where he was a colleague of Cheryl Krongard, the wife of CIA Executive Director, Buzzy Krongard.
